Step by step how to check samsung waranty.

I believe everyone wonder how to check the mobile phone warranty left especially on the samsung mobile phone. ( since im using samsung phone, so i will show how to check samsung warranty )

So guys, the first thing before we start, just make sure you have the samsung phone  because this tutorial wont work on other manufacture.


The samsung phone come with the e-warranty when you buy item from samsung. The procedure is simple. You buy the phone on the samsung outlet and the seller will help you to submit the warranty card to samsung service center  and then after that, your device warranty will be registered on the samsung database.
Simple right.

There is two method to check samsung warranty expired date :

Via SMS

  1. First thing to do is to get the imei no. You can get the imei no of your samsung phone by typing *# 06 # command on the phone .
  2. Ok when the imei no is appeared. Copy the no to clipboard or write it on a piece of paper.
  3. Send a message with content :
          "PC<space>IMEI NO"(without quote) and send to 62002 for maxis and digi user. For a celcom user , send it to 33800 . (Note : * this step will work if you buy phone from the service provider in Malaysia)

Via Online.

Samsung  have provide one portal call Samsung Cyber Service Center. This portal will help you to check warranty left for your samsung mobile phone.

  1. Open the portal site in your browser. (Samsung Cyber Service Center)
  2. If you dont have the account yet, please register first and login on the portal.
  3. After login on the portal, find the feature or method to register your samsung mobile phone called " New Product Register ".
  4. Fill up the form. To help you fill up the form, you can refer on the phone under section Setting >> About Device >> Status
  5. Click Register button.
  6. If the information provided is corrent, you can have a screen said that when you purchase the phone, and also the warranty date expired.
